Travel to and from S&C Festival 2018.
Definitely the easiest way to get to and from the city centre, bus shuttle journeys are available from 2 spots in Cambridge City Centre:
Directly opposite Parkside Police Station
Outside Cambridge Train Station (South, not North)
Return tickets for these buses are available on our website for £10, and they will be running until 4pm from the city centre. After 4pm, buses will begin to carry out return journeys to Parkside & the train station. These buses will be conducted by Young’s bus service, just look out for the Strawberries & Creem sign in the window. Please pre-purchase these bus tickets before the event. If you require only the return bus journey, you will be able to purchase the return journey only for £5. You will be required to have a bus wristband to travel on the buses.

To avoid any delay in getting back to Cambridge after the festival, please pre-book a taxi to collect you from the site. Taxis from the train station to the festival will take around 15 minutes and cost between 15-20 pounds (+£3 for a people carrier). Please pre-book this with plenty of time as the day of the event is a very busy time for every taxi company. Cambridge taxi company numbers can be found here:

Driving in Cars:
If necessary for you to drive to the festival, please ensure you have a full car to help keep emissions down. Parking tickets are available on our website. PLEASE do not consume any alcohol and attempt to drive home after the event, doing so puts yourself and many others at risk. There is a road closure in place so please follow signs on approach to the festival.

Trains from London Kings Cross will get you to the festival much faster than the Liverpool Street trains. Trains from Kings Cross travel to Cambridge in as little as 45 minutes (selected trains).
From here you can catch our return ticket shuttle buses from the station to the festival.

Returning home, there are an additional 2 trains after the festival has finished at 11pm:
Please ensure if you wish to catch the midnight train back to London you leave with plenty of time to spare.
